Rebecca Berke is a Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Specialist at Comprehensive Wellness in Walnut Creek. She works with clients on stress management, a variety of habit control issues as well as performance anxiety and transformational coaching. Rebecca’s lifelong career in elite dance gave her the knowledge of the powerful, mind/body connection. She currently is the Associate Director of the professional Diablo Ballet School.
