The HR director shares his insights on current topics related to human resources. He shares how Covid-19 has disrupted the way we work and how IWC is responding to the new circumstances. He explains to Ripke and the listeners how a hybrid office works and shares the efforts of IWC to build an inclusive and diverse workspace.
