It's Christmas Eve and I've got Covid Autoimmune diet and me

Well, it's Christmas.

And things are not what I had hoped they would be this Christmas.
This is the saddest year I think I have ever been through - but - 2022 is going to be better. i truly hope and wish this is the case for you too.
