It’s Time to Pause - Season 2 Finale

It’s Time to Pause - Season 2 Finale

We talk so much about self care and putting ourselves first at this time of life as we have spent so much of our life this far forgetting who we are. I have loved doing this podcast so much. With that being said, I decided that I am going to be taking a break from the show for a while. I’m incredibly grateful for all the listeners and for the guests that have joined the show. For all the amazing women I have met through doing this. You have made my life richer and better and for that I am thankful! I’m taking some time off to focus on my own life and apply some of the amazing advice I’ve learned in these past years from the show and would really appreciate you taking the time to listen to this quick podcast to hear more about it.

Stay tuned on social media on @ItsNotACrisisPodcast on both Instagram and Facebook if you want to keep seeing updates from me.

I’m sure I’ll be back sooner or later, but for now, just don’t forget…It’s NOT a crisis!

Awesome Content!

I just listened to your last episode (Skin Care Psychology) for the first time. I actually learned about some great things to do, but the best advice I heard was learning to love yourself within and the outer part of you will follow. Thank you for getting this great content out there and now off to binge the rest of your podcast!

Real and Educational

Such a great podcast! It’s so important that we discuss these topics as we age! Not enough people are talking about these issues so thank you Doryn for creating the space!

We are more than an expiration date

So much has changed in this life. At 47, divorced with 3 children...I’ve lived a WHOLE LIFE already through trauma and mistakes and scars. But I am alive inside. This podcast talks about how to live on the other side of 40. We are lively and confident and no one should tell us any longer to shrink to be quiet and respectful and keep the peace. Doryn brings guests that re-teach us about finances and prolapse and hormones and loving again. We are capable to be the boss of ourselves (ps, always have been). We are simply restarting at 40, with lots to look forward to. Its Not a Crisis reminds us it isn’t over yet either!
