Black Student Unions Make An Impact
02/07/21 Naomi Davis grew up in Davis, CA attended primarily white schools & endured mistreatment no one should ever experience as one of only four Black students in elementary; one of seven in JH, one of 15 in HS. For 21 years Ms Davis has volunteered to lead students in Black Student Unions, creating a home base for many to cultivate confidence, support families & help build lasting friendships between Black, Brown and White allies. She has an AA in Child Development & a BA in Ethnic Studies.
