Ivy Bottini: The Pioneering Lesbian's Legacy

LGBTQ&A

The pioneering lesbian and feminist activist died last week at the age of 94. In one of her final interviews, Ivy Bottini talks about working with Betty Friedan in the 1960s, being kicked out of the women's movement for being a lesbian, and what it was like to reach middle age and finally kiss another woman for the first time. LGBTQ&A is hosted by Jeffrey Masters and produced by The Advocate magazine, in partnership with GLAAD. @lgbtqpod
