I Love the JOTB podcast!

I found this podcast while searching for vegan fitness podcast options and I am so glad I did. As a former figure competitor, longtime fitness professional, and mother of two who is newer to the vegan scene, I find every episode to be very informative and incredibly entertaining. I also have a sister and we are about the same age as Sam and Sarah so all of the childhood memories and references are dead on for me too! I am grateful to have found such a wonderful source of vegan fitness knowledge from a female podcast, as all the other podcasts I’d listened to up until finding JOTB were by males. Thank you ladies! I will be a JOTB follower for all of eternity!

Binge Worthy!!!

I stumbled upon this podcast while googling vegan bodybuilding competitors and I am totally loving these sisters! I feel like I can totally relate to both of them! I am a former competitor and now mostly mom! I love the banter the sisters have with each other, the dry humor, and all of the info they put together. I have been bingeing this podcast since I found it, and it is making the cardio at the gym my favorite time ever! The podcast is a little bit of everything - it really does get every aspect of this amazing life - mind, body, spirit - exploring how emotions are related to our food cravings, loosing weight based on body type, and channeling your inner goddess!! I love all the vegan components as well, from the pure vegan protein episode to a little bit of animal activism too! I LOVE all things JOTB!!!! And while my mom bod may not be totally jacked, I have found some new body confidence thanks to Sam and I'm totally ready to rock some JOTB gear in my gym!!!

I really love this podcast. I learn so much and laugh all at the same time. My husband heard the show today about holiday eating and got a few takeaways too (and he isn’t vegan). Keep it up! I really love learning from you both!
