Great podcast

Was introduced to the podcast through IG and you guys following me and vice versa. The latest episode EMDR hit home to me because I am someone who is in therapy. Very relatable and needed iron sharpens iron and that’s what’s needed us as men should be able to have these open conversations. Keep up the work.

Dude! Refreshing, profound & hilarious..

I enjoy this Podcast for so many reasons. The biggest by far being that it speaks to the universal truth that we all want to be understood. To also accomplish this through diverse storytelling, distinct voices that add their own edge/perspective and in-depth discussions of literally ALL the things, makes it that much more entertaining. BONUS: immense laughter, movie quote GOLD and joy included. 💛
