Jake, Gino and their whole team are just remarkable! They’re experts in the MF investing space share the knowledge and experience they have! By listening to their podcast I was able to apply the knowledge they shared to buy a 14 space mobile home park! Not exactly MF but very close and what they’ve shared on the podcast has helped and will help tremendously!
