Things I am: a (non practicing RN, fitness and nutrition lover, wife to someone with heart and kidney disease, employed in a produce department (and loving it).
Things I love: running, cycling, volunteering for races and triathlons, encouraging people to eat the rainbow, listening to podcasts about health, fitness and nutrition.

Excellent podcast!

Love this podcast especially as a vegan endurance athlete. I really appreciate Dr. Dulaney’s honesty and straightforwardness about her approach to nutrition. I like how she recommends the basics when it comes to nutrition and exercise and does not try to push supplements. Thank you! Please keep them coming!
