Jamming on the Job is a multi-generational, music-inspired podcast for kids ages 4-8 and their parents and caregivers, starring Christina Sanabria and Andrés Salguero, the Latin Grammy Award-winning kids’ music duo known as 123 Andrés, and Grammy-nominated musician Pierce Freelon as BoomBox. Join them as they tour the country and perform songs about the world of work. Each place they go, they meet a grownup with a different kind of job who helps them along their way. As they learn about the new and inspiring career of the day and the skills needed for that job, they compose an original song about it.
In addition to exposing kids to a wide variety of career paths, each episode will highlight foundational skills relevant to each job, such as empathy, social problem-solving, and responsibility, as well as flexible thinking, impulse control, and persistence.

Customer Reviews
Holy bananas…
NOTHING entertains my 5 year old in the car, and he loved this podcast! So grateful!
Some of the best family music artists combine for and incredible Podcast!
When I learned that Grammy nominees 1,2,3 Andres and Pierce Freelon were collaborating on a podcast, I was more than excited to see what these family music superpowers would create. The end result is even better than I imagined combining unique professions, SEL concepts, humor and music to lead children into multiple spaces that show diverse perspectives and experiences. These combination of these 3 talents is great in a podcast format, but the humor and physical comedy of 1,2,3 Andres with the skills of Pierce Freelon as an animated boom box needs to be the next step. PBS trust me don’t miss this opportunity!
