Nelson McIlveen is the CEO of Sentry H2O. Sentry H2O is a water wellness system that introduces heavy oxygen into water and manages minerals naturally while removing all toxins and harmful chemicals and poisons. They have EPA lab tests to prove that they clean out the harmful toxins that were dumped in their water. Nelson creates products for Boeing, Raytheon, and several other big companies. They have donated 200+ units to East Palestine Ohio after the train derailment.
