Jennifer Germaine believes leaders are meant to be a catalyst for creating unique impact in the world and powerful voices of change. After spending more than 15 years as a corporate lawyer helping hundreds of organizations create unique strategies to elevate their work in the world, Jennifer became an entrepreneur herself scaling her own law firm to a national level to be seen as a leader in her industry before selling it to step deeper into her passion.

Jennifer blends her extensive knowledge of how our brains process information with her experiential wisdom on working with hundreds of leaders to unlock their own potential to help impact-driven organizations harness the power of creativity, amplify their leadership, and become a globally recognized voice of impact.

A Vinton, Iowa native now living in the gorgeous mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her partner, Ben, her dog, Mickie, the black bears that frequent her yard, and the extensive flora and fauna that comes with living in one of the most bio-diverse regions of the Nation. She is also an avid reader and writer, reading over 40 books a year!
