Jill invites great guests to be on the show that are always very informed about their field of work in health and wellness. I enjoy her sense of humor. The podcast is great time! So many layers of health

Jill is an absolute pleasure to listen to and her insight is so refreshing! Her guests tackle things from the every day to deep spiritual connectedness. Thankfully it's on a podcast because I often find myself replaying pieces over and over again. I recommend it to anyone. Period!
