Score didn’t necessarily reflect it but the Dukes played there best yet in breaking South Al at Bridgeforth this week! As we head into a well-earned and much-needed bye, we start to think about whether JMU can make it 6 (or more) this season.

Let’s talk this out and never speak of this one again. Dukes dominated, collapsed, escaped! But did we find the offense?! Enormous challenge up next with South Al in town for Family Weekend!

Dukes ground out a big-boy dub over Troy down in southeastern Alabama and hit the road again to Utah St. this week. We talk defensive heroes and young pups. Plus we begin (more to come for sure) to discuss the retirement of legendary AD Jeff Bourne and why his replacement will be so important. And finally a fun OT confessing our pop-culture blind spots. Dukes 36, Hoos 35 in an absolute classic. We had a great time discussing a fan experience that was more emotional than we expected. This one meant a lot and we let our most loquacious sides ramble down the glorious road to victory four decades in the making. Oh yeah, there’s another tough one coming this weekend as the Dukes head way down south to face the Trojans.

It’s finally time, GAMEWEEK baby! We’re back and worse than ever for what could be a vintage Dukes season (but we’re pretty sure the audio is at least synced this week so we got that going for us).
