A new storm forming between North Carolina and Bermuda will keep the weather calm in the East through Tuesday though there will be coastal flooding issues in the coastal areas from New England to Virginia. In the Plains and Midwest we have a major storm developing with numerous Winter Storm Warnings and Blizzard Warnings posted. This will be the biggest storm of the winter and spring seasons for these areas. We will look to the week ahead and the long range.
