    Don't Miss the Main Thing

    Don't Miss the Main Thing

In this week's podcast, John shares his most important message of the year. He reveals how too many believers have missed the essence of Christianity. We were created for deep intimacy with God. That alone is the epicenter of the Christian life—not spiritual disciplines, social justice, ancient theology, or community, as good as those things may be. The central invitation is to know God rather than simply know a lot about him or do a lot for him. The recovery of this daily relational intimacy was never meant to be optional. It is the essence of everything.

    The "All In" Life

    The "All In" Life

There is no way to partially follow Jesus. In this week's podcast, John and Allen reveal the danger of divided affections, or what they call the "Jesus And" life. This approach never works— because we were created for Jesus alone to be at the center of every part of our lives. Discover why many settle for less than God intended—and how we can experience more by going through the "second wardrobe door". The "All-In" life isn't just the safest place in the world, it's actually the only safe place in the world.

“I don’t think this person knows God” immediately no…

I was 5 minutes into Eldredge’s podcast and he made a bold claim. I don’t know anything about this guy, but the fact that his spirit went into criticizing (3) people within 5 minutes, I’m out. Been a pastor for a decade now and the most critical people of others are never the people I want to listen to.
