    • Running

Welcome to the Peak Endurance podcast! Episode 114 is an interview with John Stocker, from Oxfordshire, ran a Last One Standing world record with more than 337 miles in 81 hours (just over 3 days) at the Suffolk Backyard Ultra, which was held the weekend of the 5th June. John has run many ultras including the Thames Ring, the Spine, the Arc of Attrition and Spartathlon. He is a father to three children, a husband and a coach.
As a new part of the podcast, Tom Dade has kindly agreed to add a short recording to each episode. If you follow Tom on socials, you  will see that he puts out some very insightful and inspirational posts. I asked him if he would record some of his thoughts in an audio format for the show. So, before each main interview you will hear a short snippet from Tom with a vignette of his outlook on life. Hopefully his words of wisdom will resonate with you. I know they do with me!
