Great host so far

Jon Venus May be a beginner as a podcast host but so far he has done a great job. Love hearing his views on bodybuilding and plant based eating.

As for how long should a podcast go? My opinion is as long as it’s no longer then an hour (90 minutes top if the subject is real deep and meaningful) you’re good to go!
