Josh Froelich's Addicted is a show dedicated to learning how to use the addictive personalities we were blessed with to win in every area of our lives. Have you ever met anyone who was truly successful, I mean next level successful who wasnt all in? Like, to a fault all in? I haven't. The people i know who crush it are addicted to the process, addicted to the work, addicted to the sweat, the grind, the craft, the goal, we are addicted to the win. I am wired this way and so are many of you... On this show we will talk to people who can help us grow in our success, improve in our craft and refine that healthy direction.

New Favorite podcast
I stumbled upon Josh listening to other podcast and now this is my #1 favorite. 👍👍
Not Alone
Thanks Josh for this particular segment. Though I knew it, it was great to hear that I’m not alone. Others, like yourself, also are pulled in multiple directions while working to accomplish what we want.
Refocusing and visualizing myself REALISTICALLY doing what I need to do to realize my goals is a two to three time exercise for me.
Thanks,
