    Growing up with an uncle who was a body builder and a mom with schizophrenia, Ashley had always been motivated and obsessed with being healthy. However, as a kid she developed orthorexia – an eating disorder that causes her to have anxiety over eating an ‘unhealthy’ meal. She is now the owner of Her Body Fitness and a member of the X League – a U.S. women’s tackle football league.

So inspirational

Hearing the stories of so many strong women has been so inspiring. It showed me we are not alone in our struggles, we can always make make a change for the better and we have different paths. Thank you Paola for this amazing resource!! Makes me drive to work pleasant and a great start to the day!!
