JMS #46 - A stroll through the Yamas and Niyamas w/ Aaron Maxwell Journey of the Modern Soul

    • Documentary

Aaron Maxwell is a Soul Ignitor!! She has started her own wellness business, Maxwellness and is helping humanity find their connection, peace and balance. Today we are taking a leisurely stroll through the Yamas and Niyamas. The Yamas and Niyamas are 2 of the 8 limbs of yoga and can be thought of as the "10 commandments" of yoga. The Yamas are a way to look at our internal moral discipline and the Niyamas are a way to look at external moral disciplines. But as serious as this topic can be, I brought on the perfect, light hearted person to help make this approachable and fun. One of my favorite quotes is "you can tell the spiritual master by the sound of their laughter." I'm not saying that we are spiritual masters, but there sure is a lot of laughter here.
