    Vocal Intelligence | Barbara McAfee | Master Voice Coach

    Your voice is giving people information about you before they can even explain what they’re sensing. Confidence, warmth, authority, empathy, tension, curiosity, even sincerity in an apology often lands through tone of voice, not vocabulary.
