School Psychologist

I am currently a licensed school psychologist in PA, NJ, and DE. I am employed full time in a DE school district where I complete psychoeducation evaluations and administer evidence based counseling with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral techniques to students identified with a disability.

This podcast offers a much need perspective from a student who shares her story and how members of her social circle reacted to her battle with mental health. The podcast offers helpful suggestions from a qualified mental health professional who reviews what is typical and atypical in regards to the pathology of anxiety and depression. This is a powerful tool to help change mental health sigma in not only schools, but society. I shared the podcast with my assistant principal to potentially share with colleagues at our next professional development.
