In late 1988, Junko Furuta was a 17-year-old girl in Japan with her whole life ahead of her. On November 25th, she was kidnapped while riding her bike home from her part-time job. For over 40 days, she was held captive by a group of teen boys who gang-raped and tortured her until she died from her wounds on January 4th, 1989. WARNING: THIS STORY IS EXCEPTIONALLY GRUESOME.
