Attorney Mark Zaid assumes some or all of us on the left should worry that if the gqp gets control they could do the same thing. good. i welcome any questioning for anyone no matter who they are to get to any truths. some of us on the left unlike the orange cult, we want the truth on anything no matter what it is, who may be involved no matter who we voted for. we always just want the truth.
I’ve never heard anyone keep Jason Miller on topic as much as Brian Karem did in his podcast interview...he did not allow the usual whataboutism that pours out of Miller.
The Michael Cohen interview was really entertaining as well as interesting. Especially the story he tells in the last 10 minutes illuminating how Trump’s purpose is the cruelty - the desire to put people off balance to show his dominion over them even when there are no cameras rolling. The only thing I would point out is while I’m sure he had a harrowing time in prison - he alludes to guards that treated him with what he thinks was a little extra nastiness due to who he was, or the way the JD went after him to put him back in jail once he was released - it is a little hard to listen to a rich white guy talk about the horrors of prison without acknowledging the many people who have been treated far worse by the prison system. But be that as it may, I came away with a little more respect for Michael & hoping that he continues his journey, eventually making peace with his past. I really look forward to listening to more of these great interviews.
