Amazing theories
Since watching season 4, I’ve sought out every Stranger Things discussion podcast. I put off listening to this one because they’ve only covered the first 3 seasons.
But Kim and Jess are fantastic! I really loved the way they covered the show one episode at a time. That’s dedication and willpower! Their theories, especially Kim’s, were fascinating to listen to, and I can’t believe how much she got right. Also, how was she already asking questions in season 2 that wouldn’t come up until season 4?
As Dr. Brenner would say: “Remarkable.”
I don’t know what happened to this duo of podcasters between seasons 3 and 4, but I hope they’re doing well. All of the website content and social media platforms referenced in the show have been scrubbed.
I hope there wasn’t a falling out between them or something tragic that happened. I know we all got tired waiting for season 4, so maybe that’s what happened to Kim and Jess, too.
The only other thing I can think of is that Kim was asked to join the Stranger Things writers’ room, because , dang, her theories and predictions really were that good.
I would really love to hear season 4 (and, eventually, season 5) coverage, but no matter what happens, I wish them the best and thank them for this podcast.
One of my faves!
Love this podcast. Two funny and completely charming hosts (both women! It's so fun to hear two women having fun together--I rarely hear that on podcasts and it feels so wonderful to hear a friendship that's like my friendships!) Smart theories, good, complete recaps, lots of laughs, fascinating theories (sometimes wild and wacky, sometimes right on target!) One of my favorite ST podcasts out there. Wish they did movies and things too--would listen to all of them!
Great Podcast
Kim and Jess are very entertaining and provide down to earth (or to the upside down) review of the show. I am a binge watcher so listening to a recap really helps enjoy the show again. These two work well off of each other and says things just as I was thinking the same thing. JINX!
Highly recommend this podcast and I am going to check out the other podcasts they do.
Good job!
