This podcast is inspirational!

As a trainer and someone who find myself in similar shoes as Kaisa, I find this podcast so inspirational and motivational. I have always had a passion for fitness and health but the older I get the more I’m starting to see how the fitness industry is sexualized. I love that you guys talk about the tough conversations that most people are uncomfortable about having. So thank you !!!!!!

Inspiring and Refreshing

Thanks to Kaisa and Les for taking time to host a positive realistic podcast. I’m so able to relate to a lot of what you two discuss and your conversations are motivating. To Kaisa: thanks for being transparent. It definitely makes you more relatable and helps me understand why you go so hard in your workouts. 20/20 kicks my butt every time 😆and Mobility One is my favorite on Recovery days. Haven’t reached my goal yet but with the tools you offer, I’m sure I’ll get there.
