Everyone who looks at getting their real estate license thinks about what the future may bring.  And as you listen to the end of this podcast you'll realize that even if you have had tremendous success over four decades that the learning, growing and personal development never stops.  #Affirmations

Margaret Arnold of Platinum Title LLC 0009

Margaret Arnold of Platinum Title LLC 0009

Welcome to today’s show here at the Kansas Real Estate School podcast.  Today I thought we’d take about twenty minutes and speak with Margaret Arnold, President/Owner of Platinum Title, LLC.
Margaret is an extraordinary woman running and extraordinary title company.  For all the would-be and seasoned agents listening to this show, first thank you for listening.  You are why we do the show.
Second, the vendors you partner with have a great deal to do with your success.  We are in the people business which means we are in the service business. And if your inspector and lender and title company are all pulling in different directions, well, imagine how that makes you look to your clients….and more importantly how that impacts the entire buying and selling experience of your clients and customers.

Margaret and her staff have my full endorsement.  No, they aren’t perfect.  And that’s okay. Because neither am I.  Yet she and her staff are darned close.  They will always choose to error on the side of making you look good. I’m Chris Lengquist.  Now lets go to it, shall we?
