Some of best lessons in life are the ones learn from the experiences of others, especially through conversation. I will be sharing my journey to becoming a Counselling Psychologist, offering mental wellbeing tips and interviewing others about their real life experiences. We will be collecting all the GEMS that each other has to share and seeing if there are any lessons we can apply to our own lives.

There will be lots of laughs, self-love talks, maybe some tears, and real life chats!
