We are declaring war on suicide ideation. This podcast will be part of that fight. This podcast will be the bootcamp for that war. A war that won’t be solved by death and destruction, but by fighting the other side –who is fighting with death and destruction–by fighting them with the opposite: life and creation, love and reparation, positivity and mental wellbeing skills and more. But also with the tenacity and fierceness that comes on a battlefield. Every week we will interview someone who has struggled with suicide ideation. We will get their stories, but most importantly, their survival techniques that have kept them on the earth. Their stories will help you to know you are not alone. Their survival techniques are to help you fight.www.keeponliving.org
