I had the pleasure of meeting and Interviewing this amazing Earth Angel "GABBY" from The Hospice Heart. In this Episode she shares her experiences as a Hospice Nurse and a Death Doula. She also shares some stories about the patients who are getting ready to transition and how she helps the families who are having to say good bye to their Loved Ones. She also gives tools to assist you while you are in the grieving process.
