I bought a house in 2017 and had the pleasure of working with both Team Wilson (TW) and Fairway Mortgage Company (FMC).
Taylor, TW’s buyers agent, specializes in first time home buyers and helped me find an awesome new build just north of Downtown Dallas that was perfect for my needs. After our buyers consultation, it was only the 2nd place we looked at! He understands what your wants/needs are and finds qualifying properties quick.
Matt and Taffney, TW seller’s agents, even came to help me with the walk through before it was finished! Their Executive Admin, Kailee, got me all the paperwork I needed in a timely manner and was super responsive to all my questions.
As a first time buyer, making a large financial investment is scary. Throughout the ENTIRE buying process, Jake Perry at FMC kept me in the loop. He got me Pre-approved in a snap, offered me an awesome 30 year rate, and still consistently checks in with me for any questions!
As you can see, my home purchase was an amazing experience and I highly recommend working with both TW and FMC for your next home sale/purchase. Their customer service is first class and I wouldn’t work with anybody else. I know this podcast will be a hit and I can’t wait to watch it grow.
