When planning out my Kendra Scott Self Made Sister series, I knew I had to include Leslie Fearka, our new Director of Customer Experience.  While Leslie truly embodies our core pillars of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy, Leslie becomes like family to everyone she meets.  Leslie started with Kendra Scott nine years ago as an Assistant Store Manager of our third store, Dallas West Village.  Since then, she’s held 6 different positions at Kendra Scott and has played a vital role in building the brand.
