I started listening to Shawn as a way to reset back to keto... the WOE that finally helped me to feel better physically and mentally. I definitely got the nutrition piece but what I also found was a place where I could dig deep into my mindset and what I could start to do to repair my relationship with food and myself. 24 days ago, I listened to the episode about meditation. I have been mediating daily since. It is changing my life. I am so grateful. I thought that I needed to work on my hormones and metabolism but what I really needed was to work on my head. Thank you Shawn for focusing on how we can finally make peace with ourselves.

I cannot remember how I stumbled upon Keto for Women show but it’s one of my happiest stumbles! Shawn’s enthusiasm and broad base of knowledge certainly touch on something for everyone. Her podcast is an audible reference for health and getting better every listen.
