It's the second Tuesday of the month so I'm taking a deep dive into setting boundaries.

We know that blurred boundaries or poor boundaries, particularly between work- and home-life, are linked to an unhealthier lifestyle, decreased happiness, increased resentment, anger, and burnout. And we also know that healthy boundaries lead to a sense of empowerment at work.

So today I'm talking about what boundaries even are, why they're important, the different types of boundaries, how to figure out your boundaries, and how to communicate your boundaries.
