    Magic Garden is a relaxation meditation for kids (great for adults too). This meditation takes you into your very own magic garden. Your special place that only you can enter. You are also invited to leave your worries behind in your magic garden.  Its purpose is also relaxation, it concludes with an awakener. It may still be used at bedtime.

    The Magic of Meditation. A True Story

    This episode is not a meditation, it is a story, a true story about the value of meditation. It is the story of 12 Thai boys who were trapped in a cave for 9 days and subsequently rescued. While they were trapped, their very kind coach taught them how to stay calm and encouraged them to meditate to manage their scary thoughts and preserve energy. This is a fantastic story that teaches children the value of staying calm and the importance of kindness and helping each other.

The best meditations ever!

So good for everyone. Me and my mother listen to these every night to help us go to sleep. If I do not listen to at least one, I rarely get to before 12 in the morning. These are both interesting and calming. They help take my mind off the constant annoying glitches and other problems with online learning, and covid-19.

My kids love this

I am using this as part of our opening exercises for our homeschool. My kids are really loving these short meditations. It helps them calm down and focus before school work begins.
