Kim A. Flodin Wise Woman of the Woods Stop Writing Alone

This week Nicole introduces the Stop Writing Alone community to Kim A. Flodin, the Wise Woman of the Woods. Kim is a Reiki master, healer, intuitive, medium, and massive support to anyone who knows her. In this episode, Kim will share some of her techniques for self care, including breathing exercises, energy protection, and her morning routine. Kim also discusses Wise Words from the Woods, Kim’s new book club starting this month with the reading of The Wim Hof Method by Wim Hof. Finally, Nicole and Kim discuss their mastermind/support group along with Emma Isaacs, Claire Oldham West, and Johanna Peralta, and the club they have formed on Clubhouse App called Stop Dreaming Alone.
