My new fave podcast!

I've been a huge fan of Kimberly's blog and books for a while now, but I really like how her podcasts offer a more personal look into her life. She talks about everything from her travels, eating tips, inspiration, and more. It's really worth tuning into if you're looking to improve yourself, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally too.

Wordy & Rambly

Great info, but there is a lot of filler - rambling repetitive information which makes it seem like there isn't much preparation before recording. EIGHT minutes into podcast #5, titled Delicious Winter Foods, she's discussed putting slippers on in the morning and drinking hot water with lemon. :-/

Good information in need of some serious editing.
