Mindfulness in Dating (with Mitra Manesh)

It feels like we’re always victims of circumstance in our dating lives. Mindfulness educator, Mitra Manesh, joins Natasha Chandel and shares how presence, awareness, and even letting go actually gives us more agency. She teaches us how to be less reactive and more responsive in our interactions with dates, and people in general. But how do you remain mindful when someone is annoying TF outta you? Or not giving you the love you want/deserve? Mitra helps answer all these questions and more in a beautifully deep episode of Kinda Dating!

    Navigating Holidates (with Vinny Fasline)

The holidays are around the corner, and you need a plus one to your events or your family will think you’re a lonely singleton who’s gonna die alone. Fret not, Comedian/actor Vinny Fasline is back with Natasha Chandel to talk holidates! Great Support for the Tribulations of Dating

Dating can feel so lonely and this podcast is such a gift to have! It’s like a supportive group of friends in your ear. Natasha’s authenticity inspires me to be myself and keeps me grounded when things get hard with dating. It’s important to have that perspective and she gives me that! Thanks for all that you do!

Love this podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast for a few years and love it! They have provided a ton of great information and so many times I have thought, I really needed to hear this today! Thank you!

Natasha, let others speak!

Host really likes talking about herself and it can come off kind of superficial and self centered. Would love to hear more from her guests and Aisha. Hate to break it to you girl, but your personal dating life isn’t that helpful/insightful.
