About the topic

Perfectionism is the enemy of contentment, peace, and well-being. But the constant drive to cultivate perfection in our lives, appearance, relationships, and the image we portray to the world comes not only from the culture, but inside our own heads. The voice of the inner critic can be loud and relentless. In this talk, we will take a hard look at the destructive effects of pursuing perfection, learn how to practice radical acceptance and how to change our thought patterns in order to build a truly meaningful life.
