The catalyst for this podcast was a desire to help leaders who are interested in knowledge management. To achieve this lofty goal, we reached out to practitioners who we admire in the knowledge management world, to see if they would share what they had learned. We were absolutely delighted with the people who agreed to participate in the project. Collectively, we know they are most capable of shedding light on a subject that sometimes leaves people in the dark.
The result is a podcast, based on our book, Knowledge Management Matters: Words of Wisdom from Leading Practitioners. Each episode will feature a thought leader in the domain. Each of these trailblazers generously shares their knowledge with a view to helping you and your organization succeed in the knowledge environment. The tips, tactics, and techniques they suggest are time-tested and proven concepts that will help you achieve your organizational objectives. Based on decades of experiences with real-world organizations, their advice is not untested theories that might work, but rather, genuine words of wisdom from experienced KM practitioners who know knowledge management.
E1 – Creativity and Innovation
I am excited to announce a new podcast called Knowledge Management Matters Conversations. Stephanie Barnes, who wrote Chapter 4 of Knowledge Management Matters, is my guest for the first episode. We sat down together (virtually) and recorded a conversation about Creativity and Innovation.
