Eric talked about two main things when it comes to Knuspr standing out against other food delivery services including traditional supermarkets like Rewe and Edeka as well as quick delivery services like Flink and Gorillaz.
One is the assortment of items they have. In addition to everything you would find at a traditional supermarket, Knuspr also offers specialty items often sourced from local providers. This could include a specialty cheese from Italy, fresh fish, bread from a local bakery, or sustainably sourced meat from a regional butcher.
The second is the person delivering the food and Eric says this is their true differentiator and why he is so confident they will continue to grow and retain their client base. Knuspr is highly focused on providing outstanding customer service and thinks of its delivery drivers as their brand ambassadors.
