Fear and worry growing in Ukraine as Russian attacks get closer to the borders of NATO countries. A recent missile strike killed at least 35 people near the border with Poland. Russian forces continue their march toward the capital, Kyiv, with possible plans to surround it. This all comes as Ukraine's president is set to deliver a virtual address to the U.S. Congress on Wednesday. We go In Depth into the Russia-Ukraine war.
We head to the suburb areas of Kyiv where there was an apparent air raid warning earlier that sent people temporarily into shelters.
And we talk to a Russian immigrant here LA who's worried that her daughter and others of Russian heritage here could be targets of abuse or harassment.
Tom Brady was retiring, then he wasn't, but then he did. Now he isn't. He's coming back for another season. We look into what more, if anything, arguably the greatest quarterback of all-time has to prove.
We end today's show with our first in-studio guest since before the pandemic. Leading Britain's Conversation's radio presenter Darren Adam will join us. He's a longtime friend of the show.
