    Zionism

    Zionism

When modern Zionism started in 1897, there were already many varieties. They shared the main goal of the creation of an independent Jewish state, which was achieved in 1948. Over 70 years later, “Zionism” has become a controversial accusation. Is Zionism just Israeli nationalism, or is there still relevance to the idea for non-Israeli Jews?[iTunes] Subscribe to the Podcast directly in iTunes.

Appreciate These Podcasts

The only downside, is the sound is as if it is in a huge room with a lot of echo. It is sometimes hard to make out what Rabbi Chalom is saying.

If you're a secular jewish person, or interested in learning about secular judaism, this is a great podcast to listen to.

A Real Purpose!

This sermon is beautifully crafted. Rabbi Chalom discusses how we truly need purpose in our life to accomplish our goals. He consistently goes back to the idea of a small still voice within each and every one of us to help us find our own path. This message of human power is a wonderful message for Rosh Hashanna and any day for Humanistic Jews. Please note... the sermon topic is purpose. The other customer review I wrote mistakenly put the topic as Balance.
