Simon is also a prolific angler, he has caught the former British record carp known as “Mary” from Wraysbury. Today, he continues to target some of the largest and most cherished carp in the country.

That same year, he caught the fish known as ‘Two-Tone’ at a British record weight of 61.7oz. In 2010, Lee was inducted into the Carp Fishing Hall of Fame, he also went on to win The Carp Angling World Championship on two occasions, in 2011 and 2017.     Tom Dove is Korda’s head of product development and stars with Ali Hamidi and Neil Spooner on ITV4’s Monster Carp series. In 2005, he won the British Young Carp Angling Championships, which lead to a career in carp fishing. In his early teens, Tom began fishing on the famous Walthamstow complex in East London, his carp fishing learning ground. Following this, he fished Essex big fish water, The Essex Manor. It was here that he caught his present personal best carp known as, The Amphibian.
