Tim A. Wise on GMO’s in Mexico; Update on Case of Steven Donzitger

Today on A Rude Awakening, we present an interview with Tim A. Wise [1], author and senior advisor for the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy in Mexico, on the latest decree by the President of Mexico to ban the herbicide glyphosate [2] and the cultivation of Genetically Modified (GMO) corn.

Then, we'll give an update on the case against environmental justice lawyer Steven Donzitger [3], who has been on house arrest for a year and a half, for representing the indigenous people in Ecuador in their fight against Chevron in the Amazon. On March 10th, Donzitger's case went back to court - so don't miss our update and interview with Steve!
