So much goodness

I’ve been following Michael for a while and I have nothing but respect for a hard working, humble, successful man who is happy to share his strategies for a happy, healthy, full, and rich life.
A lot of the tid bits discussed in the podcast really resonate with me. Things like meditation through movement and not being afraid of doing hard things. I love it. I’m also happy to support his products because here is a man with integrity, that you know put his entire being into providing consumers with the best product he could come up with. Michael keep pumping out awesome stuff…we are rooting for you!!!

Favorite Find This Year

I found this podcast after listening to Michael’s guest appearance on Ben Greenfield’s podcast. I had no idea Michael was the founder of Seamore’s and The Meatball Shop, which have been restaurant staples during my time in New York, and after listening to Michael’s hacks for morning routines and habits, I was instantly hooked and started following the Podcast. Michael is extremely engaging and refreshing to listen to, I would highly recommend this podcast! 5/5

Pull the mic away from your mouth

Good podcast. Dude needs to stop swallowing and drinking water into the microphone though. Really obnoxious.
