So grateful for Kyle and the content he puts out and guests he has on this podcast. The topics he brings to light and gives a voice to are so important. I LOVED this most recent one with Dr. Tom Cowan. Tom is just so great at breaking “science” down and he shares information everyone needs to hear and understand in the most simple way, with the best analogies.
