Customer Reviews
Super informative and fun!
I have loved this podcast. It has helped me learn about many aspects of Japan and has given me wonderful tips on how to best plan my recent trip to Japan and prepare myself for various aspects of the culture and how to travel around the country. Favorite episodes were the one explaining how to eat in Japan (with good etiquette), helpful Japanese phrases, top sights in Kyoto, and how to use the Shinkansen. I appreciated his knowledge and personality so much that I booked three tours for my family with Kyoto Fun tours on our recent trip, which were excellent. He made it very enjoyable, showed us so many fascinating sights, told us many “behind the scenes” stories about how the people live in Japan, how they worship at the beautiful shrines and temples and the meaning behind much the things we saw, as well as the amount of history that we wanted. Niall is so knowledgeable about every topic I asked him about on our tour and even helped us book a tee time for golf when we could not do it. Thanks, Kyoto Fun!!
